Max Van Fleet is the CEO and Financier behind 3 Hospitality and TIMBR.

He is a native of Fort Lauderdale with a lifetime of experience working on Las Olas Boulevard from an early age.

He is affiliated with the historical Las Olas Company which has many restaurants and hotel properties on this major destination promenade.

Having been involved in past incarnations of 15 West Las Olas, Max Van Fleet is the CEO and catalyst for the formation of 3 Hospitality Group and its debut project, TIMBR.
