Paul Brown

Chief Operations Officer

Paul Brown is a founding partner and the Chief Operations Officer of 3 Hospitality and TIMBR. 

With over 20 years of Operations experience, Paul Brown is regarded as a true master of management throughout the hospitality industry in Miami, Chicago, New York, and Las Vegas, and he is a graduate of the Darden Restaurant Group Training Program.

He is a Palm Beach native who has managed dozens of venues in Miami, Las Vegas, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale who earned his Master's in Business Administration from FSU, graduating Magna Cum Laude. 

3 Hospitality would not exist without him as it was he who brought the trinity of partners together. 

Prior to signing on as COO of TIMBR, Mr. Brown served as Operating Partner and GM for Blue Martini, overseeing 18 venues nationally and increased revenue by double and triple digit gains.

At Blue Martini, he directed the operations and management from top to bottom, leading the entire management team plus a staff of over 300 floor personnel. He was also responsible for managing the entire kitchen crew at every location, as well as overseeing the vast accounting departments. 

In addition, Brown was also responsible for supervising all private events which generated millions of dollars in revenue annually, as well as increasing all bottom line net margins by 8%.

Beyond Blue Martini, Paul Brown has also held General Manager and / or Operating Partner positions at Wycliffe Golf and Country Club, Big Time Restaurant Group, Radius Nightclub, Pawn Shop Lounge, Baja Ft. Lauderdale, Monarchy Nightclub, and Spirits at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

He is thrilled to be innovating contemporary hospitality with TIMBR.
